We had a small leak in our roof that was tricky to track down. Darrian identified the issue, proposed a solution, and had the materials and crew out very quickly. They were done in a half day. Glad we don't have to worry about it anymore!

Hiring Cenco Building Services to replace the roof on our home was an excellent decision! Darrian was extremely knowledgeable about construction and about the products. We were very impressed with the presentation she gave us. She educated us on ventilation and the end result has already made a major difference. We were given several options to choose from so that we could determine what would work best for us. The materials came on time. The construction was completed within a day and with careful craftsmanship. There were zero surprise costs added at the end--what we were quoted was exactly what we paid. The end result was excellent and we are totally satisfied. One hiccup: We initially signed up for the 12-month financing but got very wary after learning more about the third party company that finances it. Yes, they have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau but there were several red flags in the contract. (The documents were not easily available to view before electronically signing. They reserved the right not to send the customer ANY notices of anything. They set a requirement for a minimum deductible for the home owner's insurance or they would purchase it and charge the buyer--but did not list what that minimum was in any of the paperwork.) A number of the Better Business Bureau complaints were similar in that the lending company seemed to set up customers to fail one way or another in order to make money off of fees and high interest rates. I think it would have been better if Cenco were to inform us up front that the financing would go through this particular third party vendor so that we could do this homework first before making our decision.
In this day and age it is nice to have a company do what it says it will do when it says it will do it.
