Ike was my roofing rep that helped me through an insurance claim. Upon further investigation from the adjuster, they were only willing to pay partial. Cenco Building Services and Ike wanted me to have peace of mind. With consistency and determination, I went the retail route and got a full reroof with a wonderful installation process!!!

I am very impressed from the initial scheduling with Ronald to Ike arriving at my front door the superior customer service remained consistent. Both took time to answer my questions and I had lots ! It made me realize good people and good customer service still exist outstanding! I will definitely share this with my neighbors as companies still exist! Starting with sales different economical options were explained as well as phasing any work. There was no voer-selling or discussion of redoing my entire roof.
