I recently had the pleasure to speak with one of Cenco's representatives, Carlos Rodriguez. He was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer all of my questions and concerns, he followed up with me to see if I needed additional information. I would highly recommend this business and Mr. Rodriguez for going above and beyond my expectations.
Professional, Knowledgeable and No Sales Pressure
In 2017 Cenco replaced our roof s a result of a major hailstorm. As part of Cenco's complimentary annual review, Cristian came to our house a few weeks back to examine our roof for potential damage from a recent hail storm. He got up on the roof and didn't detect any issues. I inquired about gutters - sizes, performance, covers, etc. He was very knowledgable about what to look for when replacing gutters and we got into a conversation about colors being complimentary with window trims and other details. He emailed me some quotes for the various options. I decided not to replaced the gutters at this time since he said they were in good condition. All through the process, there was no sales pressure. I will keep Cenco in mind when it does come time for gutter replacement.

From the first phone call to the final notification of completion, the experience of getting a roof replaced (due to hail damage) was excellent. Cristian, their amazing representative, had exceptional and professional communication throughout the process. It was a very positive and productive experience and they worked with me on a customized plan that fit the specifics of the project.
