Responsibilities: Hiring, training and managing a team of residential sales consultants; Daily feedback and in-the-field management of team members and interaction with customers; Setting and achieving quarterly and annual corporate goals; Living the company values and reinforcing them across team members; Active participation of management level strategic planning and implementation
