At Cenco Building Services, we realize that construction is about far more than nail guns, shingles or blueprints. It is about building a relationship of trust between the customer and the contractor. Especially in the wake of natural disasters, understanding how the construction process interacts with the claims process to manage current and future risk is as important as replacing your roof or painting your house.

And it begins long before the crews arrive. Cenco Building Services only sends licensed adjusters out into the field to work with customers. So we assess damage like claims adjusters, not roofing salesmen. Our field team has decades of proven experience and we extend that expertise to each and every one of our customers.

And when it is time to build, we back that experience with superior products installed by competent and professional crews. These measures allow us to provide seamless roofing, restoration and  remodeling services while building long-term relationships.

Matt Dirr. Cenco Building Services

Matthew Dirr (MA, MBA, MIM)

General Manager

Matt is a licensed contractor and  independent property adjuster with 13 years experience managing post-loss reconstruction projects nationwide. He holds the following certifications: BPI licensed building analyst; HAAG Engineering residential and commercial roof inspector; TWIA Wind Claims Adjuster, SF residential adjuster, IICRC smoke, fire, water and structural drying technician. He is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, as well as a TRI Certified Installer. He has evaluated and managed construction for thousands of post-loss disaster projects in 14 states around the country.

Matt is a graduate of University of Virginia (BA), Arizona State University (MA Anthropology, MBA) and Thunderbird School of Global Management (MIM). He is a bilingual Spanish speaker.

Carrie-Hendershot-Cenco

Carrie Savage

Executive Assistant

Even though Carrie was born in Virginia, she has lived in Colorado for over 37 years.  After graduating from Front Range Community College with two Associates Degrees, a Management Degree and a Business Degree, she enrolled to Metropolitan State University and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Events Management with a minor in Management.
Prior to working as the Executive Assistant for Cenco, Carrie was the Membership Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for Reprographic Services Association for 12 years. Currently, she resides in Federal Heights with her fiancé, Ben and her teenage daughter, Katrina. Carrie is an avid Denver Broncos (thanks to her fiancé) and Colorado Mammoth fan.

Brad Cook - Cenco Building Services

Brad Cook

Vice President, Sales

Brad is a licensed commercial and residential contractor and independent insurance adjuster with over 16 years’ experience across 10 states. He has evaluated and managed construction for thousands of post-loss disaster projects and has led multiple Sales teams to succeed.

Brad also has extensive experience in the Dispute Resolution Process of Appraisal. He has served as an expert witness on storm related damage.

He attended Milsaps College and the US Navy’s Advanced Electronics/Computer Field (AECF) ET.

Wes-Marshall-Cenco Building Services

Wes Marshall

Sr. Project Manager

Wes started in the construction and restoration industry as a teenager by helping restore and preserve a 19th century American Frontier log home settlement.

He re-entered the industry professionally in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and hase worked on post-loss projects in Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado since that time. His responsbilities have ranged in size from single dwelling residential reconstruction to large commercial roofing and restoration projects.

He holds state-certified Roofing and General Construction licenses in Florida and Louisiana as well as his All-Lines Adjusting license. He brings 12 years of experience to Cenco’s Operations department in his capacity as Sr. Project Manager.

J-P-Ritchie-Cenco building Services

J.P. Ritchie

Field Sales Manager

J.P. Is a licensed independent property adjuster, who joins Cenco with over 10 years of professional experience. He is a former professional tennis player who has also coached at the professional, collegiate and junior levels.

A native of Oklahoma, J.P. graduated from the University of Iowa.

Jonathan-Abramson-Cenco

Jonathan Abramson

Field Sales Manager

 

Jonathan Abramson is an experienced Sales, Product, and Operations executive with more than 20 years experience. He was most recently the Vice President, Global Sales Operations with Crocs in Niwot, with prior management experience at Apple in California.

Jonathan has an Master in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. He is a licensed property adjuster and OSHA certified.

Jonathan lives in Broomfield with his wife and 2 children. He’s an avid golfer and tremendous foodie.

Collin-McKenna-Cenco

Collin McKenna

Field Sales Manager

Collin spent 5 years in the airline industry and then 4 years in the carpet cleaning and disaster restoration business before joining the team at Cenco.  He grew up in Colorado Springs and has called Denver home for the last 14 years.  Collin is a licensed independent claims adjuster with OSHA certification.

He attended the Community College of Aurora and the University of Colorado, Denver.

Ryan McKeel

Field Sales Manager

Ryan joins Cenco after 15 years in service, sales and management roles within the vacation industry. Originally from Pennsylvania, he holds a BA degree from Slippery Rock University.  He is a licensed independent insurance adjuster and is OSHA trained.

Ryan lives in Denver and enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his active family.

Nick Orta

Field Sales Manager

Born and raised in NW Louisiana, Nick graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana, where he played both soccer and golf. He spent the next 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry as a field landman, before transitioning to the Construction industry.

Nick is a licensed independent insurance adjuster, and is OSHA certified.

Mike Powl - Cenco Building Services

Mike Powl

Field Sales Manager – Commercial

Prior to joining Cenco, Mike worked for over 40 years in the utility industry. He worked with electric, telephone, cable, fiber optic, cellular and internet companies in Pennsylvania before starting a property management company in 1999.

In 2008, Mike and his wife relocated to Colorado to be closer to children and grandkids. Mike worked with Safeway as an internal auditor, retired in 2014, and decided he still loved Sales and Project Management!

Field Sales Manager 

Jack is a Colorado native who has been in sales and customer service for 25 years. He is a licensed independent adjuster and is OSHA trained.

He is married with a wonderful son and is an avid golfer in his free time, which isn’t often these days!

Richard Estess

Field Sales Manager 

Richard Estess has decades of commercial and residential roofing experience.  Not only did he formerly own a roofing company, but he also holds multiple certifications and licenses across the spectrum of roofing products.  He is a licensed independent insurance adjuster and is focused on helping his customers to navigate both the insurance claims and construction process.

He is a father to an active girl, and lives in here in Denver.

Jeff Jordan

Field Sales Manager 

Jeff Jordan came to the construction business after a long career in business development in the technology consulting field.

He decided to turn his love of flipping houses into a second career when he started in construction full-time!  Jeff is a licensed independent insurance adjuster as well as a turn-key construction manager.

Jeff earned both his BA and MA at the California University of Pennsylvania.
